The smallest member of the GSM-RTU family. Built-in GSM/GPRS/SMS modem, four digital inputs, one digital output, two relay outputs, two serial ports. Ethernet and RS485 available as plug-in modules. Operating range −30 to +70 °C.
Automation / GSM-RTU
Five GSM-RTU models combining standard PLC features with built-in GSM/GPRS/SMS modems. Programmable remotely over the GSM network, locally via cable. Models scale by I/O density — the GSM-4 fits compact sites; the GSM-20 covers full pump-station or substation supervision. The GSM Modbus Gateway bridges any Modbus device to GSM communication.
GSM-RTU family
Every GSM-RTU shares the same AutoLog GsmProgrammer programming environment and the same Modbus / GPRS / SMS communication stack. Select a model by your I/O count and physical envelope; the application logic is portable across the family.

Step up from the GSM-4 with on-board analog inputs and twice the digital output count. Four digital inputs (max 8 with AI2DI modules), two digital outputs, two relay outputs and zero-to-two freely-configurable analog inputs. Same built-in GSM/GPRS/SMS modem, same AutoLog GsmProgrammer environment.
The recommended GSM-RTU for pump-station and water-utility SCADA networks. Four digital inputs (max 20 with AI2DI), four 5 A relay outputs and up to eight freely-configurable analog channels. Optimised for unattended industrial-site supervision.

Flagship GSM-RTU · up to 24 DI / 8 DO / 8 AI / 2 AO + I²C expansion
The largest GSM-RTU in the family. On-board: 8 DI (max 24), 8 DO, 8 AI, 2 AO. Expandable via two I²C buses with up to five expansion cards — reaching 72 AI / 34 AO / 72 DI / 72 DO. Suitable for substation-scale supervision and integrated SCADA installations.
Bridges Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP equipment to GSM/GPRS/SMS communication. No on-board I/O — keep your existing PLC, meter or actuator network in place and add a GSM uplink. Optional Wireless I/O & Sensor master, optional cover HMI.
