Eight OEM-grade PLC platforms for system integrators and machine builders — from the 4-DI compact AL-4 up to the rack-based AL-2000S that scales to 256 channels of each I/O type. All share the same AutoLog® ALProWin programming environment, the same Modbus RTU master/slave communication stack, and the same I/O module ecosystem. Pick a model by your I/O count, environmental envelope and form factor. Made in Finland, verified operating range −30 to +70 °C on every model except the rack-based AL-2000S (0 to +55 °C).
OEM-PLC family
Every AutoLog® OEM-PLC is programmed with the same ALProWin tool (instruction list, ladder, symbolic names, trends, monitoring tables). Modbus RTU master/slave runs on every serial port; remote programming over radio, GSM or RS-485 is standard. I/O modules are shared across the compact platforms (AL-4 / AL-8 / AL-14LP / AL-16 / AL-20AN / AL-32); the AL-2000S has its own rack-based card system.
Step up from the AL-4 with on-board analog inputs. Four digital inputs, two digital outputs, two relay outputs and up to two freely-configurable analog input modules. Two serial ports. Available as AL-8 standard or AL-8 w GSM with integrated GSM/GPRS modem. Same 8 000-line, 32-PID ALProWin environment as the rest of the family.
Special-purpose PLC platform tuned for cathodic-protection rectifier monitoring. Five 16-bit analog inputs with CP-specific software-selectable ranges (0-800 mV / 0-3.2 V / 0-50 V / 0-100 V), surge-protected and opto-isolated. Four digital inputs and four digital outputs. Same ALProWin environment; this is the controller inside the AutoLog® Cathodic Protection RTU (WRMU).
Low-power platform designed for off-grid sites: 12/24 VDC accumulator operation, solar-panel rechargeable. Four configurable power-save modes — Run (5.6–20 mA), Idle (2.2 mA), Stop (1.2 mA), Clock-interruption (140 µA). Eight digital inputs, eight digital outputs plus one PNP sensor-power output, zero-to-four analog inputs. Each interface (AI, I²C, serial) can be individually power-gated.
The flagship modular AutoLog® PLC platform. Eight digital inputs (max 72), eight digital outputs (max 72), zero-to-eight analog inputs (max 72) and two analog outputs (max 34) on the CPU card. Expandable via up to five I/O cards (RIO8, RO16, DI16, DO32, EXA 8/4) reaching 64 relay outputs as well. Two serial ports, two I²C ports. This is the controller inside the AutoLog® 20AN RTU and the Redundant Wellhead RTU.
