AutoLog® RTU family.

Standard remote terminal units built on the same AutoLog® platform that has shipped over 10 000 RTUs worldwide. Models cover radio-modem, TCP/IP, GSM and TETRA communication networks, plus specialised variants for pipeline cathodic protection and redundant wellhead control. Programmed in AutoLog GsmProgrammer (or AlProWin for the larger AL20AN platform); communicates over Modbus RTU master/slave and Modbus TCP. Made in Finland, verified operating range −30 to +70 °C.

RTU family

Five models. One AutoLog® platform.

Every AutoLog® RTU shares the same modular I/O system, the same programming environment and the same Modbus communication stack. Select a model by the communication network and the application class — pipeline cathodic protection, wellhead control, electrical substation supervision or general telemetry.

AutoLog® 20AN RTU

The standard AutoLog® 20 RTU. Eight digital inputs (max 72), eight digital outputs (max 72), zero-to-eight freely-configurable analog inputs (max 72) and two analog outputs (max 34) on the CPU card, expandable via five I/O cards. Two serial ports with Modbus RTU master/slave. Communication options: AutoLog WSN radio modem (up to ~40 km line-of-sight at 5 W, 138-175 / 406-512 / 869-870 / 820-950 MHz bands), Modbus TCP, GSM GPRS/SMS, or TETRA SDS. UPS-ready with 12 VDC voltage-drop alarm; data logging for 16 time-stamped measurements × 3 000 records.

The 20AN platform with redundant PLC and redundant I/O — the active PLC switches automatically on failure. Designed for the applications where downtime is unacceptable: oil & gas wellheads, line-break valve stations, pipeline cathodic protection and integrated SCADA sites. Same expansion ceiling as the standard 20AN (up to 72 AI / 34 AO / 72 DI / 72 DO), same communication options (radio modem, Modbus TCP, GSM, TETRA), operates over the full −30 to +70 °C industrial range.

AutoLog® Cathodic Protection RTU (Enhanced WRMU)

Purpose-built for pipeline cathodic protection monitoring. Built on the AutoLog 10SP +70 °C platform with five 16-bit analog inputs tailored to CP measurement: 0-800 mV DC, 0-3.2 V DC, 0-50 V DC, 0-100 V DC, plus 4..20 mA via external shunt; input range selectable per point in software. Two on-board temperature sensors, four digital inputs and four digital outputs. Surge-protected, opto-isolated analog front-end with external fuse protection. IP65 / NEMA4 stainless steel enclosure, ZRM +70 °C radio modem standard, with TCP/IP / GSM / TETRA / RS232/485 options. Normal or Redundant operation modes.
